Cimcorp relocates its US office to improve customer service
To serve the growing customers in the US and Mexican markets, Cimcorp, shifted its US office from Norcross to Alpharetta, Georgia.
The new office comes with an additional workshop space which enables Cimcorp to offer more localised aftermarket services with improved efficiency.
As such, the facility is designed to be a centre of service excellence to help both current and prospective customers realise long-lasting benefits from their automated material handling solutions, said the company.
The facility will also provide a showroom for Cimcorp’s 3D Shuttle solution, an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) for goods-to-person order picking ideal for e-commerce, retail and foodservice distribution.

Since its opening in 2016, we have seen tremendous growth in the United States, as more organisations have recognised the operational and business benefits of automating their plants, warehouses and distribution centres.”
